FLAIR MILANO provides a marketplace for purchasing and licensing AI-generated model assets including images and asset packs for use in creative projects.

3. User Accounts

To purchase assets, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Purchases and Licensing

All purchases are subject to our licensing terms. Standard licenses permit commercial use in most projects. Extended licenses are available for broader distribution needs.

5. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated model assets remain the intellectual property of FLAIR MILANO until a valid license is purchased. Purchased licenses grant specific usage rights as described in the license terms.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased assets. Assets may not be used in ways that are defamatory, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Limitation of Liability

FLAIR MILANO provides assets "as is" without warranty. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific assets in question.
