We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services: email address, name, and payment information (processed by Stripe).

2. Analytics

We use self-hosted Plausible Analytics which is GDPR-compliant, cookie-free, and does not track individual users. No Google Analytics or third-party trackers are used.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored on servers located in Italy (Aruba Cloud). We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. Contact us at privacy@flairmilano.com to exercise these rights.

5. Payment Data

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers or banking details on our servers.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Download logs are retained for 2 years for licensing compliance. You may request deletion at any time.
